Admin Portal TRAINING

This section covers the features used in the system by Administrators.

• Administrative Functions that are covered in this training curriculum will require System Administrator access and permissions to log in to the Control Panel. 
• System Administration "Control Panel" is accessed at admin.univerge.blue.
• The login credentials used to access the Administrative Control Panel are separate from those used to access end-user applications.  
• The Account Owner must add Account Contacts and assign login credentials and permissions for any additional system administrators to have access to the Control Panel for system management.
